I’m so excited to announce that I have started a new business as an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics! I joined on Easter weekend and have been working to set things up over the past 10 days. I’m having my business debut party at my house in a little under 2 weeks and I really hope all my friends will attend to support me.

I decided to join because I really needed to do something for me. I had basically become a depressed hermit and really needed to get out into the world of adults and do something completely unrelated to my children. I have only been going for 10 days, but the women I have met have been so amazingly supportive and seem genuinely interested in my business becoming a success.

Hahaaa - I just scrolled down the page and read the comment! Yep - so much nicer! Lol. I can finish fainting at the site of that lung now.

Good luck to you w/ Mary Kay! My aunt sold it for years and seemed to do quite well.
