Monday, March 9, 2009This is what I found when I went to get Josh up from his nap today…
Look what I did Mama!

Survey the devastation. Nothing was spared. It was on the pillowcase, pillow, duvet, soaked through the duvet to the sheet and mattress protector, on Henry Snuggles the monkey, on Blankie, and smeared on the crib rails. Needless to say, there was a lot of bathing and laundry in my future.

What really sucks is that I had a nice dinner planned for tonight but the time it took me to clean this mess up and give baths totally threw my cooking timing off and so dinner had to be postponed till tomorrow.

You would actually be surprised at what you can do when it’s your own child. You might still throw the bedding out, but you might think twice about throwing the child in there too.
Watching Andrea give birth will be one of the most life changing things to ever happen to you.

OMG….lol Thank Goodness that never happened with us. I do recall letting J run naked when she was about 11 months and she pooped in my shoe…..lol
I agree, when it is your own kid… it is totally different. It’s amazing what doesn’t bother you.

It’s things like that that scare me about having kids. Seriously, I don’t think I could deal with that shit (so to speak). I’d just wrap the whole thing, crib, kid, everything, in plastic and throw it out in the trash, and hope for better luck with the next one. I don’t deal with things well, I know
