1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 cod fillets
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Mix together the first four ingredients.
Place the fish in a baking dish and cover each fillet with the cheese mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
