1lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup finely chopped potatoes
1 cup water
1 can (14oz) baked beans
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
Add vegetables; cook 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
Stir in water.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer for 10 mins or until vegetables are tender.
Add beans and barbecue sauce; stir.
Cook for 5 mins or until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
