3 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper & pour mixture over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized
Note: I usually halve this recipe. You can use it with most cuts of chicken - I have used both legs and thighs and find that thighs work best - especially if you start them baking upside down and halfway through, turn them right side up.
